Certificates are presented to talented Senior High School students in recognition of creative talent demonstrated in Art, Dance, Drama, Literature, Music and Musical Theatre. An engraved Kentucky Julep Cup is presented to the student who is the outstanding creative senior student.
BALLET UNDER THE STARS
An apparel scholarship awarded to a young dancer who is performing in the Pre-Show of "Ballet Under the Stars", an annual production by local and regional ballet dancers. This is in recognition of a developing artist's talent and hard work.
THE KATHERINE CALDWELL DRAMA AWARD
This award honors the memory of Kentucky Chapter member Katherine "Kitty" Caldwell, who was a faithful and generous patron of the arts in Lexington. Kitty attanded as many performances of all the arts that she possibly could, and gave great encouragement and support to young artists.
THE JANE GENTRY VANCE AWARD
This award was instituted in 2010 to support young writers and poets through through programs with the Carnegie Center for Literacy. .
